HMRKB Herath captured two wickets in the fourth innings of the ongoing test against South Africa at Col-SSC in the just concluded test which game him 100 wickets while sharing the new ball. He became the second spin bowler to capture 100 plus wickets while sharing the new ball as a spin bowler after R Ashwin of India. R Aswhin has an aggregate ot 110 wickets.
