V Kohli became the first captain in the annals of test cricket to score 200 plus runs in a test on ten occasions in the annals of test cricket when he totaled 200 runs in the just concluded test against England at Nottingham. He scored 97 and 103 in this test. BC Lara and RT Ponting are the other two captains who have scored 200 plus runs in a test on seven occasions.
