V Kohli is all set to score “One thousand runs through boundary fours” In the history of Twenty20 games on a single ground.   He has scored 249 boundary fours prior to the start of T20I between India and South Africa at Bengaluru played today and one more boundary four would give him the coveted distinction of scoring one thousand runs through boundary fours at Bengaluru. He would then become the first batsman in the history of Twenty20 games {Note – Twenty20 games include T20I and also IPL games}

V  Kohli has scored 19 half-centuries at Bangalore and requires one more for his 20 half-centuries. If he scores it, he would then become the first batsman in the history of Twenty20 games to score 20 half-centuries on a single ground – Bengaluru
